Nora Aunor, good at dancing, says Geleen Eugenio

Legendary choreographer Geleen Eugenio revealed Nora Aunor’s talent in dance.

There was a discussion on Fast Talk with Boy Abunda on August 28 about who is the better dancer between Nora Aunor, also known as ‘Ate Guy’, and Vilma Santos, also known as ‘Ate V.’

“I would teach her [Ate Guy] 30 minutes before the show, she can get the step immediately,” pahayag ni Geleen.

Meanwhile, according to Maribeth Bicahara, Ate V also quickly took action.

“Actually, they’re the same. Because during those times, the artists were really dedicated. […] They were very focused on what they were doing,” said Maribeth.

When the two were asked if they were affected by the rivalry between Ate Guy and Ate V, they admitted that they once snubbed each other at Araneta.

Maribeth Bichara and Geleen Eugenio have been choreographers for the past four decades for well-known names in the industry including Nora Aunor and Vilma Santos.
