VICE GANDA PANICKED ABOUT WHAT KULOT SAID ON “IT’S SHOWTIME”! EVEN THE HOSTS, WERE IN A MESS!

A hilarious and unexpected scene took place on  “It’s Showtime”  recently when Vice Ganda and the other hosts were shocked by what the young contestant “Kulot” said. Kulot is already known for her straightforward and natural sense of humor, but in this episode, she further proved that she is the queen of kwela!

As Vice asked Kulot about a simple thing—what his family does when there’s nothing to do at home—Kulot replied without hesitation:  “Fighting!”  This answer caused a sudden burst of laughter in the studio, but Vice, seemingly taken aback, immediately asked again:  “What?! Why fighting?”

The humor didn’t end there, as Kulot began a detailed story about how her parents would have “little arguments” about small things like who would wash the dishes or do the laundry.  “Daddy always says he’s tired, but Mommy always says, ‘I’m not a robot!'”  said Kulot, while imitating her parents’ voices.

Vice Ganda even made people laugh by saying,  “If the drama in your house is like that, you should make a teleserye!”  Vhong Navarro then added,  “Kulot, you are the hero. You are the peacemaker!”

Amidst the laughter, it seemed like the other hosts were also in a state of confusion, especially Jhong Hilario, who yelled:  “That’s why you’re so skinny, you’re the one who gets in your family’s fights!”  The studio audience laughed as the hosts adlibbed about various scenes from “Kulot’s family.”

Although the segment was full of laughter, everyone also noticed Kulot’s openness about their family. This became relatable for many viewers because it is undeniable that in every family, there are situations like this.

After the joke, Vice said seriously:  “But Kulot, even though your parents fight sometimes, we know that they love you very much.”  Kulot, who had no inhibitions, replied:  “Of course! But they love me more when I’m quiet!”  The studio was once again in an uproar with his answer.

The clip of this segment quickly went viral online, garnering thousands of views, likes, and comments. One netizen said:  “Kulot is the highlight of Showtime! She’s not just funny—she’s real and relatable!”

“It’s Showtime” once again proves   that unscripted moments, like Kulot’s kwela and honest banat, are what bring true entertainment to the program. Vice Ganda, along with the other hosts, have been Kulot’s perfect partner in giving good vibes to the entire nation.
