Earl Nerona Pressman, the security officer who went viral after netizens accused him of inappropriate behavior against Marian Rivera, has spoken out to explain his side.
According to Earl, the entire video was taken out of context and was spread with malicious intent. He also denied that Marian Rivera was referring to him in her statement “Kuya kanani ka pa,” adding that they were the guards present at the time, so it was only natural that Marian noticed their presence and looked in their direction.
Earl also showed a photo taken after the incident, which he said is proof that he and Marian Rivera made up throughout the entire incident. In the photo, it can be seen that they had no misunderstandings and were in a relaxed atmosphere.
Earl advised the public not to simply believe in news and information that is being spread without proper context. According to him, the said accusations against him are only based on misunderstanding and misinformation.
He shared that he strives to fulfill his duties properly as a security officer and it is not his intention to cause any inconvenience or unpleasant experience to Marian Rivera or any person who passes through his custody.
