Lainey Wilson continues to prove why she’s such a beloved role model, this time with her heartfelt reaction to a young fan’s emotional moment during her Whirlwind World Tour.
In a video shared by the girl’s mom, Tamara, the fan can be seen watching the stage in awe. As Wilson’s voice fills the arena, the girl erupts in joy, tears streaming down her face as she experiences seeing her idol live for the first time. Tamara captioned the clip: “When you’re just so excited to see @LaineyWilson for the first time!”

Wilson’s fiancé, Devlin “Duck” Hodges, sent the clip to her, and she later stitched it on TikTok, capturing her own reaction. Smiling softly, she said, “Duck just sent me this video… I’ve gotta watch it.” Watching the girl scream in excitement, Wilson laughed and said, “Stop… you’re gonna make me cry.” Before the clip ended, she sweetly told the fan, “Love you, sister!”
This isn’t the first time Wilson has created magical moments for young fans. Earlier this month, 4-year-old Amelia performed Wilson’s hit “Somewhere Over Laredo” at a Tiny Tot Pageant. Impressed, Wilson invited Amelia backstage at one of her concerts, getting down to sing with her in an unforgettable duet that melted hearts online.
Wilson has openly embraced her role as a positive influence for young girls, telling People, “I know I have a lot of little people watching me… It’s important to me to make sure I can lay my head down at night and be proud of what I did or said.”
