Kris Aquino undergoes two medical procedures on September 10, 2025: “Pwede bang makiusap ulit? Alam ko ang kulit ko na but at 9 AM tomorrow I will be brought down for the first of 2 surgical procedures. Please pray for my surgeons and cardio-interventionists, all the residents and fellows, all the nurses and all the staff in the OR, and the Cardio OR.”

Sumailalim sa dalawang medical procedures si Kris Aquino sa St. Luke’s Medical Center, Taguig City, ngayong Miyerkules, September 10, 2025.

Sa Instagram kagabi, September 9, nanawagan ng dasal si Kris hindi lamang para sa kanya kundi pati na sa mga doktor at nurse na aagapay raw sa gagawing operasyon sa kanya.

Kalakip ng post ni Kris ang larawan ng kanyang implanted port-a-cath, na ayon sa National Cancer Institute ay “device used to draw blood and give treatments, including intravenous fluids, blood transfusions, or drugs such as chemotherapy and antibiotics.”

Lahad ni Kris sa caption: “I needed to use a filter because my closest friends, my doctors and family — all had the same reaction — why do the strangest, mysterious medical mishaps not caused by man or by the machine implanted very near my heart… pwede bang makiusap ulit? alam ko ang kulit ko na but at 9 AM tomorrow i will be brought down for the first of 2 surgical procedures.

“Please pray for my surgeons and cardio-interventionists, all the residents and fellows, all the nurses and all the staff in the OR, and the Cardio OR. I thank the Holy Spirit and the birthday Girl Mama Mary for keeping my Survival Instinct Sharp.”

KRIS AQUINO TALKS ABOUT NEW OBJECT OF AFFECTION

Kahit may dinaramdam at nahaharap sa iba’t ibang pagsubok sa kanyang kalusugan, hindi pa rin nagpaawat si Kris na magkuwento tungkol sa mga bagong kaganapan sa kanyang buhay.

Pagbabahagi niya: “Since my confinement so much has happened, just to make this post less Feng Shui/Ghost Month like so much has happened since my confinement: for example, someone I loved and broke my heart because he left me when my health issues were getting worse, I don’t know how he knew where to find me, but about 10 days ago he surprised me, he said he wanted to see how I was and a few days after via text he apologized several times.

“We know why we aren’t meant for each other because mine is a lifelong battle; autoimmune has no cure, his fulfillment comes from working w/ communities and going all over the [PH emoji].”

Matapos ang halos tatlong oras, matagumpay ang naging operasyon ni Kris.

Sa Instagram, bago magtanghali ng September 10, ipinakita ni Kris na gising na siya mula sa operasyon at kasama niya ang dalawang anak na sina Josh at Bimby.

Sabi niya, “Headed down. Marami na kaming pinagdaanan. In 5 days, we would have been back a year. I wish you could hear how quiet the hallways are. Thank you for praying, isa pang TEST OF TAPANG.”
