Businessman and former actress Neri Naig Miranda is reportedly gradually returning to her previous activities.
This is after the court dismissed the complaint against him related to 14 counts of violation of the Securities Regulation Code (SRC) and syndicated estafa.
On Saturday, September 6, 2025, Neri happily shared news about her husband Chito Miranda’s love letters.
Even simple notes from his wife are important to him and he has his own container for them.
She also has a separate journal where she writes about her gratitude to God for giving her a husband as kind as Chito.
Neri said: “I love letters. Even simple notes are so precious to me.
“I’ve kept all of Chito’s love letters since 2012. They have their own box… letters that to this day, I still get excited when I look back on. Even our old movie tickets from when we were still dating, they’re still in my scrapbook.”
“I also have a journal for him, I write to him every day to thank him for his unconditional love, for protecting and taking care of me. I also always thank the Lord for giving me a husband like this.”
“Besides, I really have a lot of journals. I like to be organized even in my thoughts. With mom’s overwhelming work, even if it’s just thoughts, at least they’re organized, hehe!”

His wife has a new letter to him, with the date written on it: September 5, 2025.
According to Neri, his life is returning to normal after he was dragged into a controversial case and was imprisoned for several days in Pasay in 2024.
“I read the letter a while ago, around 4:30am when I woke up.. Chito put the letter on my side table.. I just did the laundry first… that’s my routine every morning.
“Since there’s no school today, I don’t have anything to pack for the kids. Breakfast later… craving scrambled eggs, but we’re not running out of eggs now, hehe. I’ll make some honey lemon tea first, then check my to-do list for today.”
“I’m happy because little by little, my routines are coming back. They were really lost because of the trauma I went through, but now… slowly living, slowly healing. Not 100% yet, but improving, becoming functional again.”
NERI MIRANDA SAYS HER CHICKENS HELPED IN HER RECOVERY
Neri made a funny confession towards the end of her post.
Her current concern is raising chickens to lay eggs.
He said, “And a big part of my therapy is my chickens.
“We all have different ways of healing and coping. It’s not easy, but the important thing is… fighting for the family.”
“And in this way of sharing, I hope it inspires someone to fight harder in life. It’s not easy, yes.. I know. I’m going through that.”

“But I always remind myself: we only borrow this life from the Lord. So let’s take care of it.
“And remember, we have family there, patiently waiting for us to heal 100%.
“In God’s perfect time, you will be okay too.
“For now, one step at a time. Maybe try writing your thoughts down, or plant a tomato.
“So always be kind. You never know what someone is going through. They may not show it, but you never know the weight they carry and how they fight every day.”
