So that sufficiency, that abundance, that sources or provision, fellow believers, comes from God. The apostle Paul here is um, I guess he emphasized, fellow believers, that sufficiency is what provides us, our sufficiency in ourselves, the one who seems to have enough of ourselves, fellow believers, does not come from ourselves but comes from ah God, no, from the Lord Jesus Christ, fellow believers, the source and source of everything, fellow believers that we have. So um, because when

People trust themselves, so I guess I’ll trust myself. So um I don’t need God anymore because I trust my own self. I trust my own skill. I trust my own wisdom. I trust my own ways. I trust my own strategy. I trust my own idea. Etc, etc.

So um no longer, it’s not pleasing to the Lord. It’s one way of saying that I can do it myself. I don’t need God. Ah so it’s Hebrew ah excessive pride, excessive and excessive boasting, you guys whereas God teaches us here with the apostle Paul, you guys that our uh grab what we have, our uh um call it, our abundance comes from the Lord, guys and not from ourselves.

So that’s how it is, my fellow workers. So our sufficiency of course we will say that I work. Ah, I’m the one who earns money. So I can buy what I want. I can buy what I need if I can buy it I can buy what our family needs and so on and so on. So yes of course. But the strength is the chance to live today, right? The chance that we are still breathing, is it?

Where did our life come from, we tell our parents. Yes of course no. But where did the life of our parents, our grandfather, our grandfather’s grandfather, our grandfather come from? So if we trace back to the most original, our most original parents are Adam and Eve. So who created Adam and Eve? Well of course no, the Lord, the kasmers, no one else.

So imagine a scenario where our uh where we are stressing over achieving perfection in our ministry where we may feel inadequate constantly comparing ourselves to others in seeking validation from our accomplishment. So you’re killing um kil ah you’re killing like a killer of joy, you guys, comparing ourselves to others because when we compare ourselves to others, we seem to lose our appreciation for the things we have.

Let’s say um ah you’re an achiever or you have this, you have that. But because you compare yourself to others, it seems like they’re better, it seems like they’re prettier, it seems like they’re more successful, it seems like they have more achievements than me, [music] it seems like they’ve done more, it seems like they’ve been more successful than me.

So instead of appreciating your um ah your blessings that are in front of you ah you are not grateful and ah you are still desiring more. So our God is um k mapainutusa tayo no to be grateful no for what we have because God will never leave us and um he wanted us to be content he wanted us to be satisfied mga kasembreros and gusto niya that we be thankful.

Let’s be grateful, my friends, and our hearts should be full of gratitude, my friends, we should have a heart of gratitude. We should make it a habit to be grateful, my friends, like a mother or a father or whoever gave you something, but then you only got a little [music], so you complained, so you didn’t thank me, so how would the person who gave it to you feel, so he said, “I won’t give it to you next time, because instead of thanking you, you complained, so that’s why you’re missing out.”

um tumapa yung sense of [musika] um pouring out again the blessings upon your life kasi nga hindi ka marunong magpasalamat However, this verse serves as a powerfulinder that true sufficiency comes from God alone. It challenges us to shift our focus from relying on our own human abilities to rely on the grace and strength that God provides.

So that’s really our strength, our grace, our talent, our wisdom, our strategy, our right choices, our friends, come from the Lord, we are subject to human error. Yes. I admit it. We all make mistakes because we’re not perfect.

Um but when we trust God um that makes us human, no? Um just as long as we exercise being human, being mortal because we’re not perfect. So we need to depend. We need to trust the Lord and rely on God who is perfect because we are not perfect. So it’s that simple. When we realize this message or when we internalize this message, we can find great freedom and peace in our ministry and divorce.

Instead of carrying the burden of trying to meet unrealistic standards or seeking approval from others, we can lean on God’s all sufficient prayer. So what’s the deal here? Sometimes I’ve experienced the pressure when there are many people whispering, talking, commenting, just giving opinions, sometimes it’s tiring, right? It’s tiring for customers and it’s tedious to listen to many people’s opinions, insights, and although there are discussions, we really need to plan, right? Especially inside

at home or at the office. or at school and so on and so on. But what about um unsolicited opinions, unsolicited point of views. Um then the words are harsh. So sometimes we get turned off by people like that, it becomes a red flag for me when they seem to really blame me or seem like they are really serious about pointing it out, like you think they are really um the owners of your life.

Is that how it is with guys? So um I understood them but they cannot understand my place no the pressure from the right. So that’s how it is with the sombreros. So it’s real, they say here when um we are um ah it’s called um our um ah standards our um approvals all come from other people um if we get tired.

So instead we can lean on God’s full sufficient or alls sufficient grace. Fellow citizens, this verse invites us to reflect on where we place our trust and to surrender our need for control, knowing that God’s power is is made perfect in our weaknesses. So that’s how it is when we are weak and we trust God so that means that um our God is our source of strength no when we are weak, when uh ah that’s what we call it when we have no direction then we ask the Lord for direction, when we pray to him the Lord

give me direction. give me right path no uh right wisdom uh and so and so what happens we have exercised and God has exercised his provider no of wisdom or the wisdom of strategy of direction and so on. So he is like when we lack patience no Lord I pray for patience um I pray for forgiveness I pray for love no shower us with overflowing love so that we can apply it to other people especially our family so he is like blessings he is the source of ah not only

tangible things but most especially since characters or intangible things don’t matter to customers it ultimately encourages us to approach our work with humility acknowledging that our true worth and effectiveness come from God’s divine sufficiency, not our own efforts. So yun that no, um yes we worked. Tama yon.

Um, we wake up. Um, uh, this is called ah this is called um we prepare, we get ready. We do this. We work, right? Ah, and you are being paid and so on and so on. But the um, this is called, the um, the question here is ah where does it all come from, right? But our strength, our chance to still be alive now, right? Um, because everyday is a blessing, right? Everyday is a gift, my swimmers, that we are still waking up.

So anytime uh God can take our lives. But um uh he’s still given us a chance to live today and um ah do our works and do our um daily tasks, folks. So we can truly say that our days are a blessing to the Lord. That’s why he is serving our thanks uh always.

Paul begins by declaring such confidence we have through Christ before God highlighting this assurance does not come from his own abilities but from Christ working through him. So he is like that, all that the apostle Paul or apostle apostle Paul has is rooted in the Lord Jesus Christ.

In conclusion, these verses remind us that our confidence and ability ultimately come from God, inviting us to trust in his strength and guidance in every aspect of our lives. As we navigate challenges and uncertainties, opportunities, may we trust in God’s ability, allowing his wisdom and power to work through us.
