Boy Abunda Crying At Kris Aquino’s Request
The King of Talk, Boy Abunda, couldn’t help but get emotional when he met Kris Aquino again.
Boy Abunda reportedly felt mixed emotions when he personally saw Kris Aquino’s battle with her illness and what she was going through during her treatment.
It can be recalled that Kris Aquino previously shared in her Instagram post how Boy Abunda was holding back his emotions but later burst into tears.
Meanwhile, in a recent episode of Fast Talk With Boy Abunda, Boy Abunda explained how emotional he was when he saw Kris Aquino’s current battle with her illness.
The two had not seen each other for a long time and only communicated through text messages and calls. The reunion was a meaningful and emotional moment for both of them.
“It was a happy, beautiful reunion. Because Kris and I hadn’t seen each other in a long time, we only texted and talked on the phone. It was different seeing her. I’ll admit, I was emotional. Kris said the same thing, I was emotional. I tried not to cry but I did, I missed Kris.”
He also allegedly asked Kris Aquino to get well and get stronger so they can do more projects.
Boy Abunda shared that Kris Aquino is under the care of the best doctors and nurses. He called on all of Kris Aquino’s supporters to continue praying for her speedy recovery.
Boy Abunda also revealed his conversation with Kris Aquino regarding her staying in America for a few months to continue her treatment.
“The reason for that is because the meds Kris needs are only available there and the accessibility of doctors is necessary.”
Boy Abunda also conveyed to the public Kris Aquino’s heartfelt gratitude to all those who prayed for her health.
“Boy, please tell me, thank you very much.”
Apart from that, Kris Aquino also reportedly shared a request.
“I hope it’s not just me who is being prayed for, it’s really nice if people can pray for the people around me, my children, my sisters,” Kris requested.
Boy Abunda realized that it was also right to pray for the people who were now surrounding his friend.
“When we pray for somebody who doesn’t seem well, let’s also pray for people who are taking good care of the people who are not feeling well.”
