“This is the next chapter of my life” — inside Tom Brady’s newly completed Miami mega-mansion as stunning details reveal a lifestyle few could imagine, with insiders saying the NFL legend personally oversaw a hidden feature designed for ultimate privacy and sources hinting the waterfront space may play a bigger role in his post-football plans than anyone expected

Jaw-dropping images show Tom Brady’s $150M Miami fortress is complete, with space for a $6.5M speedboat

NFL legend Tom Brady’s 25,000-square-foot bachelor mansion in Miami is no longer a blueprint fantasy rising behind hedges.

It is standing — now seemingly finished — on one of the most tightly guarded pieces of land in America.

New aerial images obtained by The Post show the retired NFL icon’s waterfront compound on Indian Creek Island, a landmass otherwise known as “Billionaire Bunker,” is complete. The images show a sharp-lined modern façade wrapped in pale stone and glass overlooking Biscayne Bay and the manicured greens of the Indian Creek Country Club.

The property, set on roughly 2 acres in the ultra-exclusive enclave, has been years in the making.

Brady purchased the roughly two-acre waterfront lot for about $17 million in 2020 with then-wife Gisele Bündchen, demolishing the existing home to build a custom megamansion from the ground up.

Brady and then-wife Gisele Bündchen purchased the lot in 2020 for about $17 million, tearing down the existing home to build from scratch. The original vision, conceived during their marriage, called for a sprawling, contemporary estate designed for both privacy and entertaining.

After their 2022 divorce, however, Brady revised elements of the plan. As The Post previously reported, he scrapped aspects of the initial design, reworking the post-divorce project as construction stretched on.

Records show in December, Brady, 48, transferred the initial deed into a brand new trust, and took out a $35 million loan to fund construction costs.

Now the structure appears fully framed and enclosed, with landscaping, terraces and waterfront features coming into focus.

Early last year, reports surfaced that Brady was considering selling the property — testing a sale at around $150 million, a price that would rank among Miami’s most expensive residential offerings if realized. But the December documents state: “The sole beneficiary of the … Trust intends to establish the Property as his Florida homestead and permanent residence.”

After the couple’s 2022 split, Bündchen moved out of the area and later bought a nearby Surfside property, while Brady continued forging ahead solo.

He’ll now have a sweet place to call his own.

The main residence spans multiple levels in a rectilinear configuration, with deep overhangs, expansive balconies and floor-to-ceiling glass walls facing the water. The symmetry of the façade frames a central lawn that runs from the rear of the home toward the seawall. A detached pavilion-like structure sits closer to the water’s edge, likely designed as a guesthouse, a gym or a wellness retreat — consistent with floor plans that show the compound would include high-end lifestyle amenities.

Floor plans previously obtained by The Post showed generous entertaining spaces, a dramatic double-height living area, multiple bedroom suites, staff quarters and extensive indoor-outdoor transitions. The design allows nearly every major room to open toward the bay. Outdoor living areas appear substantial, with covered lounges on both upper and lower levels.

Behind the home, a long stretch of dockage lines the property. Fresh photos reveal Brady’s growing marine collection: alongside his reported $6.5 million speedboat, two Yamaha WaveRunners sit mounted on lifts over the water, each valued at roughly $20,000. The water toys underscore the scale of the waterfront setup, with ample room for large vessels and recreational craft.

Earlier this year, reports surfaced that the finished product — a massive, amenity-loaded waterfront compound with a pool, dockage and sweeping Biscayne Bay views — could command as much as $150 million.

If the home does list for $150 million, it would be one of the priciest listings in Miami.
Brady has even made room for garden space.

The estate’s grounds are also coming into sharper focus.

Newly laid lawn stretches across the rear yard, bordered by palms and mature landscaping designed to shield the property from neighboring estates. The architecture’s clean geometry contrasts with the tropical surroundings, reinforcing the compound’s resort-like feel.

Indian Creek Island remains one of the most exclusive districts in the country. The 300-acre island has its own police force and a roster of billionaires and high-profile residents drawn to its seclusion. Brady’s property backs up to the private golf course while commanding direct water frontage — a combination that places it among the most desirable lots in the enclave.

Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, and Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner are among the celebs who reside in the exclusive enclave.
