Chiefs TE Travis Kelce shares enthusiasm for the upcoming 2026 season

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce intends to right the many wrongs from the disappointing 2025 season.

During Kelce’s appearance on ESPN’s ‘The Pat McAfee Show’ on Tuesday, the multiple-time All-Pro shared his enthusiasm for the upcoming 2026 season.

“We’re making another run at it, baby!” said Kelce. “We’re making another run at it, and the Chiefs are making moves, Pat. The Chiefs are making moves. We’ve got Brett Veach and Andy Reid going and getting the Super Bowl MVP, you kidding me!”

Kelce revealed his mental recovery after last season and his preparation for at least one more season in Kansas City.Có thể là hình ảnh về bóng đá và văn bản

“I’m not gonna lie, it was pretty short and brief. The Chiefs knew where I was the entire time on it,” said Kelce, “I think you always need to take a step back. You always need to take a step back. Breathe, let the emotions of the season settle down, and see where the body is, and things like that.”

Kelce is third all-time behind Tony Gonzalez and Jason Witten and 2,126 yards behind Gonzalez for the most for a tight end in league history, with only 45 behind Witten in second place.
