Travis Kelce reveals Taylor Swift gave him his ‘best’ Christmas present as he opens up on festive fun with her family
Travis Kelce has revealed the best Christmas gift he received this year was from fiancee Taylor Swift but refused to reveal what it was.
The Kansas City Chiefs star was reflecting on the festive fun he’s been having during this week’s episode of New Heights.
Travis told his brother Jason that his top gift came from the music sensation but added some intrigue by refusing to elaborate on what it was he unwrapped.
He said: ‘The best gift that I got was from Taylor, but it gives away things that we’re trying to keep in house, so not gonna say it. I love you, Tay.’
Kelce then added that Swift’s brother, Austin, ‘got me a great gift as well’ but again refused to discuss what it was. The brothers then agreed that the Swift family are ‘great gift givers’.
Swift spent Christmas in Kansas City, with Kelce playing for the Chiefs on Christmas Day in the 20-13 loss to Denver Broncos – potentially his final game at Arrowhead Stadium.

Kelce, 36, is remaining coy over what his future holds. His contract expires at the end of the season and the tight end has only said that he plans to consider all options and discuss what comes next with his family and the Chiefs.
Perhaps one indication will come on Sunday, when the Chiefs end their season on the road to Las Vegas Raiders.
Swift hasn’t been to a road game since the Chiefs won in the playoffs at Buffalo Bills in January 2024. If she has made the trip for a dead rubber game in Sin City, it would surely only be because it is the last time Kelce will be on the field.
Kelce‘s high school football coach believes he will flourish in the next stage of his life as Swift‘s husband.
Kelce recently welcomed his old coach from Cleveland Heights High School, Jeff Rotsky, to Arrowhead Stadium where he met with Swift while watching his former student in action in the NFL.
That day, the Chiefs lost to Los Angeles Chargers and had their playoff hopes eliminated in a game where quarterback Patrick Mahomes tore his ACL.
Rotsky believes that whether Kelce steps away or plays on, the happiest days of his life are ahead of him thanks to meeting Swift and praised how comfortable Kelce is with the attention on things away from the NFL.
‘I’m excited for him to become a husband,’ Rotsky told Cleveland Jewish News.
It comes amid speculation that Travis Kelce is on the brink of confirming his NFL retirement
‘There’s very few people in the world that could handle the limelight the way he does.
‘And Taylor is the kindest young lady. I’ve only met her three times, but she is so humble, nice, wonderful and just an amazing person. Seeing how happy they are together makes me very happy because they each incredibly support the other and what they do.
‘God works in amazing ways putting people together. They’re beautiful together and we can only pray that they will have an unbelievable life together and continue to thrive.’
The couple went public with their romance in September 2023 when she sat alongside Kelce’s mom Donna to watch Kelce play for the Chiefs against the Chicgao Bears. They are expected to marry in June 2026 at Swift’s Rhode Island mansion.
