The Barretto family is currently mourning the passing of Mito Barretto, the eldest child of Miguel Barretto and Inday Baretto.
Miguel and Inday have seven children: Mito, Mitch, Joaquin or Jay-Jay, Gia, Gretchen, Marjorie, and Claudine.

Marjorie Barretto, the sixth of seven siblings, expressed her grief over her brother’s passing via Instagram.
This is said to be the most difficult caption he has ever written on Instagram.
Mensahe niya “The hardest caption I’ll ever write… My eldest brother, Mito, passed away so suddenly. So full of life. No warning, we are not prepared for this.
“I can’t imagine life without you—you were always present for every important occasion: every birthday, holiday, graduation, premiere night… always so proud of me and my children.
“You and Connie always opened your home was for us every Sunday or any day, a place filled with love, Connie’s cooking,laughter, and family.
“I will never have regrets, because I had the best memories with you and Connie, your children, and your grandchildren.
“You lived life and lived it to the fullest, and you captured it all through the best photos, leaving us with moments to treasure forever.

When their father Miguel died, Mito became the pillar of their family.
