Amidst the horrific bashing that Kim Chiu is currently experiencing due to her statements in defense of ABS-CBN, Christopher de Leon praised the actress in support of his co-star in Love Thy Woman.

“Kim is like a ray of sunshine every time she comes on set. Always smiling. A smile that reaches your ears and shows in your eyes. Very easy to be with.

“She’s somebody who’s always eager to learn. She never CLAIMED to be outstanding on anything. What she always draws from is her personal experiences… she always shares a part of herself with each one of us. Very warm, very personal and for that I Love KIM,” Boyet praised Kim.

Kim is now one of those being “slammed” by netizens because of her “classroom” statement in the “Laban Kapamilya” Facebook live session last May 8 where she likened the classroom law to the non-renewal of ABS-CBN’s franchise.

Many did not understand Kim’s words and netizens laughed at her.

Kim admitted that even she didn’t understand what he was saying.

Angel Aquino supports FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano co-star and lead Coco Martin in his fight for ABS-CBN.

In a video released by Coco’s manager, Biboy Arboleda, Angel can be seen speaking for the actor and the Kapamilya network.

“You know us in Ang Probinsyano as brave and fearless. That’s true. Especially when someone does wrong to us, to our family, to our neighbors, especially to the town,” Angel began.

He continued, “It was a great oppression that they committed by shutting down ABC-CBN for the reasons you have heard over and over again. But we will not remain silent until the wrong is corrected.”

According to Angel, this fight is not just for them or their family or colleagues.

“This fight is also for Filipinos who yearn for good governance and true leadership. This is our right, we will fight for what is right,” she said.

“I’m with you, Coco. I support you. Let’s do this for the people,” Angel concluded.
