Kathryn Bernardo’s Heartfelt Dedication: She Built Her Dream Home for Mama and Papa-“It Was a Promise to Myself!”

In a recent interview with Bianca Gonzales over the TFC show, “BRGY,” Kath said that the huge house she built is really for her parents and her family.

Kathryn and her “Hello, Love, Goodbye” co-star, Alden Richards, were the guests of the show’s recent episode.

Earlier, Bianca congratulated Kath on her new house and asked her what it feels to wake up everyday inside her huge dream house.

“It’s very fulfilling,” Kath answered.

She then went on to say that the house is really for her Mama and Papa and for their entire family.

The actress also said that they didn’t ask her to build such a house but she made a promise to herself that someday, she’s going to give her parents and family their dream house.

“More than my dream house, that house is really for my family, for my mama and papa,” Kathryn said.

“Not that they asked me to build that house for them, but it was like a promise to myself na someday, I want to give them their dream house which happened last quarter last year,” the actress added.

Kath went on to narrate what it took for her to build such a palatial home.

“It took a lot of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears literally to build that house. It didn’t happen overnight, and when it happened, iba ‘yung happiness ko because alam ko kung pa’no ko siya pinaghirapan,” Kathryn said.

Kathryn starred in one of the highest-grossing Filipino films of all time, “Hello, Love, Goodbye“ with Alden Richards.

Meanwhile, in another online show called Rec•Create, Alden and Kathryn asked each other some questions and tested their answers on a small machine to see if they have given honest answers or were lying. During the show, Kath asked asked if it is okay with the actor to date someone who has many exes.

Earlier, Kath also asked Alden as to where he would take the actress on their first date. She also wondered aloud how Alden is as a date.
