MANILA, Philippines — Actor and host Mavy Legaspi has nothing but kind words for his ex-girlfriend Kyline Alcantara, who is currently dating basketball player Kobe Paras.

Kobe confirmed the true relationship between him and Kyline during an interview with Cosmo Philippines, admitting that Kyline was his biggest crush while they were dating.

The two have been the subject of dating rumors this year following Mavy’s split from Kyline and a series of online chats.

In an interview with GMA’s Nelson Canlas, Mavy said she was happy for Kyline and didn’t rule out crossing paths with her again.

“The person is happy, I am happy. Let’s end the year on a good note and in peace… What’s done is done and lahat naman masaya,” he said, adding that he has always been civil. “At the end of the day, we are all just looking for happiness in our lives.”

In fact, Mavy admitted that he and Kyline have met a few times, exchanging waves and smiles that ensured they were on good terms most of the time.

The actor even joked that he is having fun at the gym: “Ang masasabi ko lang, my heart is happy. That’s it.”

The interview ended with Mavy talking about his next project, which has him focusing on exercise and diet, hence his regular trips to the gym.
